What is MaCaW?
MaCaW is the Making Carbon Work Project. We were set up to help Lancashire based SMEs move to a low carbon model, and are part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
How can MaCaW benefit you?
We’ll help you::
• Cut business costs by identifying ways to reduce energy use
• Provide up to £15,000 in matched grant funding to buy low-carbon technology
• Increase resource efficiency within your business so you reduce CO2e emissions
• Strengthen tenders to help you win new business
How does this work?
Stage 1: Register your interest. We check your business is eligible.
Stage 2: We provide a FREE carbon assessment, report and action plan and give you expert support in implementing the plan within your business.
Stage 3: Access your £15,000 of match funding.
Stage 4: The MaCaW team will be with you through every step of the process, with regular support to help you lower your carbon emissions.
